Kit Pantry: Generated K-5 Maths Practice Library and Storefront

A Python/ReportLab generator producing 1,340 differentiated worksheets with answer keys, sold through a self-built static site and checkout integrations.

149 skills at three difficulty levels, 3,900 generator tests, an independent AI teacher-review loop scored to 64/100, a self-verifying site builder with single-sourced policy text, pixel and conversion wiring, and a white-label bundle re-delivered with verified links.

What makes it serious
  • 1,340 generated worksheets with keys, ~3,900 tests
  • External teacher-review loop, 46 to 64/100
  • Self-verifying site build with single-sourced policy text
  • Delivery link checker that refuses to publish dead links

Kit Pantry is a digital product for elementary teachers: differentiated maths practice packs (support, on-level, challenge) with answer keys across grades 1 to 5 and 149 skills, about 1,340 worksheets generated by code. The generator is a Python package with roughly 3,900 tests that run in ten seconds, and it packages bundles with a contents PDF.

Quality was judged externally: a prompt plus an export of the packs is piped to a separate model acting as a demanding teacher reviewer, and the score climbed from 46 to 64 over versions, with my bar being "above 60 ships". Product photos for marketing were produced by attaching real rendered pages as references so the mockups match the PDFs.

The site is built by a Python script that writes 50 pages and verifies titles, descriptions, single H1s, JSON-LD, internal links and alt text, failing the build on a broken link. Support email and refund window are single-sourced constants used by every policy page. Deploys go through hosting's file API, with the base-path trap documented. Conversion tracking fires only on the thank-you page via the checkout's redirect. A second, resold white-label bundle was audited: dead delivery links rebuilt with a link checker that refuses to write unless every folder answers signed-out, supplier branding redacted by domain regex, and a non-kids category flagged.

How it works

  1. Skill definitions drive worksheet and key generation at three levels
  2. Tests validate every generator; bundles are zipped with a contents PDF
  3. Reviewer model scores an export and returns fixes
  4. Site builder renders and verifies pages, then deploys
  5. Checkout redirects to a thank-you page that fires conversion events
