Jayadev Rana("I", "me") provides custom software development: TradingView Pine Script indicators and strategies, MetaTrader MQL5 Expert Advisors and utilities, broker-API integrations, web dashboards, AI tooling and related engineering. The deliverable is software and documentation that implements the specification you approve.

• No trading signals, managed accounts, copy-trading services or fund management.
• No representation about the profitability of any indicator, strategy or Expert Advisor.
• No brokerage, exchange or financial-product services. I am not a regulated financial entity.

Any trading logic in commissioned software is supplied by you. You are solely responsible for whether, where and how you use it, and for compliance with the rules of your broker, platform and jurisdiction.

Work starts only after you approve a written scope, price and timeline. Changes outside that scope are quoted separately. Reasonable revisions that keep the software within the agreed scope are included.

Prices are fixed per quote and stated in the currency shown on the quote. Larger builds are invoiced in milestones. Payment terms, methods and any deposit are confirmed in the written quote before work begins.

Deliverables are tested against the approved specification: indicators for repainting and lookahead behaviour, strategies with a reproducible backtest report, Expert Advisors on a demo account. Acceptance is based on the software behaving as specified, not on market outcomes.

On final payment you own the delivered source code and may use, modify and distribute it. I retain the right to reuse generic, non-client-specific techniques and libraries. Client strategies and specifications are kept confidential and are never resold or published without written permission.

Strategy rules, account details and business information you share are treated as confidential. A mutual NDA is available on request before you disclose anything sensitive.

Software is provided as specified and tested, but markets, brokers and platforms change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for trading losses, missed profits, broker or platform failures, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Either party may cancel before work begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once work has started, completed milestones are payable and unfinished milestones are refunded proportionally. Delivered software that meets the approved specification is not refundable.
