Detailed-Design Control Room for a Gulf Landscaping Firm

An interactive control room for reviewing a Gulf public-realm landscape detailed-design package.

A clickable detailed-design control room: masterplan layer review, value-engineering recommendations, and deliverable tracking.

What makes it serious
  • Interactive masterplan layer review
  • Value-engineering recommendation surface
  • Deliverable and programme tracking
  • Model tests backing the prototype logic

A pitch deliverable for a Gulf landscape-architecture firm working on a public-realm project. Rather than a static proposal, I built a working, interactive detailed-design control room: reviewers step through masterplan layers, see value-engineering recommendations, and track deliverables against the design programme. The prototype was backed by model tests so the underlying logic was verifiable, not just visual.

The strategy was to sell the workflow and the experience before committing to any backend build — the client could feel how the review process would work on day one. It shows I can translate a specialised, non-software domain (public-realm landscape design) into a crisp, credible interactive tool. Client name withheld under the engagement. Because the review logic was covered by model tests, the interactive prototype behaved consistently in front of the client rather than breaking under real inputs, which is what let it stand in for a full backend during the pitch.
