This policy covers paid software development work from TradingViewBot Software Solution (proprietor Jayadev Rana, Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-OD-26-0074782), registered at Flat No 307, Hitech Heaven, Pamsara, Puri Road, Pipili, Puri, Odisha 752104, India.

You can cancel at any time before work begins. Any deposit you paid is refunded in full.

• Milestones that are completed and delivered are payable.
• Milestones that have not been delivered are refunded in proportion to the work not done.
• If a delivery does not behave as the approved specification describes, it is fixed at no charge. If it cannot be fixed, the fee for that milestone is refunded.

• Delivered software that meets the approved specification.
• Refund requests based on trading results. Software is accepted on how it behaves, not on market outcomes (see the terms of service).
