Triad Terminal is a browser-based multi-agent terminal where Grok, Claude, Codex, and Hermes work together in a shared arena. Using the Superpowers skills framework, it exposes one-click workflows — brainstorm, plan, test-driven development, and review — so the models move through a task the way a disciplined engineering team would. A live xterm pane and an in-browser workspace let you watch the work happen and apply the resulting patches directly.
It is the web-native cousin of Conclave: instead of orchestrating CLIs, it puts several models in one interface with structured, senior-team workflows. Built on Next.js 16 and React 19 with the Anthropic and OpenAI SDKs and xterm.js. Watching the models hand work between brainstorm, plan, TDD, and review makes the process legible instead of a black box producing a diff, and applying patches in the browser keeps the whole loop in one place.
